The mission of the Workplace Outreach Program is to create awareness and provide essential information about Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome to female employees of all ages. This information is designed to help women recognize signs of PCOS in themselves and their daughters, as well as giving them information on how to seek diagnosis. Studies have found that women with PCOS have a 50 percent chance of having a daughter with PCOS. With that said, it is pertinent that women understand their options, know the risk factors of PCOS, and know how they can reduce their symptoms of PCOS. Holding these educational meetings at your workplace allows our professional educational liaisons to capture a large audience, which will help us reach our goal of helping more women with PCOS live healthier lives.
